I was told that I would qualify for $12,500 tax credit by Kara Juneau but that was so false. I only received the $7800. I had to take a note from the bank to repay.Had I known that the tax credits is a big trick I would never take solar power with an extra note on my shoulder.

System doesn't put out what I was told it would. And I don't believe that they monitor the system because I've turned it off by accident and never got a call. Also I know of someone that has the same system that had a bad panel and it told over a month to get it replaced. Over all good system just don't expect everything they say

I have a problem with a part of the job. They did not tell me my roof was worn out. Then a year later they wanted to charge me an huge amount to remove the panels in order to fix my roof.

There over all install was very quickly done, and clean up was spotless. Inspected their installation in all areas and found no problems. The electrical sub install was completed, neat and cables\power panels are labeled. SunPro website is neat and employs the three click rule for locating information on their web site. All workers were Americans and are neat, clean, spoke English and are all smiles. Vehicles are clean, working and maintenance is done, showing pride of their company. The team spirit is alive and well with this company. I have passed their cards to two other possible clients. We will be getting four more panels in 2015.

The staff and workers at Sunpro were very professional from the first visit with Kara and the site survey and presentation, working with Phillip from Maquire Electric, Allison at the office, Noel as the contact and follow-up, Shannon for the computer knowledge and the entire installation team. Sunpro is a wonderful local company doing photovoltaic installations. In New Orleans there are many challenges with older homes, and historical guidelines that limit installations. Sunpro was a persistent ally in getting my installation approved by the city, and when it was approved they moved VERY quickly to complete the installation before the tax year so I could receive federal and state incentives in a timely manner. I'd recommend them without hesitation!
