I hired Sunrise Exterior LLC to install a new roof on my house in December after doing thorough research of roofing companies in the area. I felt Sunrise was would be the best company to hire to replace my roof after speaking to Juan when he came out to look at my existing roof, take pictures and measurements, and provide me with an estimate. During his initial visit Juan explained their processes and showed me the actual products they use and explained to me their benefits. He walked me through each step of the process and made sure I had a clear understanding of the importance of each step. I was also made aware of the timeframe of the entire project – from the initial order of materials to the completion of the installation. He also explained what the new roof would look like once the installation was complete – a look that did in fact turn out much nicer and more modern than what my roof had looked like prior. The Sunrise roofers were extremely meticulous and hard workers the entire time – from the initial set up to the final clean up. It is clear Juan and his workers have very high standards. The entire project was completed well within the time frame Juan initially provided. I am thoroughly satisfied and happy with Sunrise Exterior and the work they provided as well as the new roof I purchased from them.

Very professional company

Sunrise Exteriors did an excellent job on the work at our house. They were professional and their staff was properly trained in their area of expertise. The organization and efficiency of their work was impressive. I would highly recommend them as contractor.

SunRise was excellent to deal with. When Juan came out to give me an estimate, he walked through the whole project with me. He showed me the products used and explained the quality of the products. He also explained how the roof was going to be stripped and how the new products would be installed. Juan gave me a time frame when his crew would show up and what to expect when they did. The crew showed up on time and took care of my property by cleaning up everything when they were done.

Juan showed up ahead of time. He told me he would be here at 7:00 am, but he arrived 15 minutes early and was ready to do the job. He kept me informed. After the workers left, he checked to be sure the debris and nails were cleaned up. He took the initiative to blow the drivway. He followed up to make sure the roof was still in tack from the rain from a windstorm we had. He checked in frequently.

Juan and his crew did an amazing job on my roof replacement. He was very responsive to my request for a quote and came to my home almost immediately and gave an awesome presentation, including the roof removal/replacement process and choices of shingle manufacturers. He even went on top of my roof to determine its condition unlike other contractors who only walked the perimeter of my property and eye balled my roof from the ground. I was very appreciative of this since, based on my research, any good roofer is supposed to climb the roof to evaluate its condition. He answered all my questions and was very responsive to my follow up questions which were many. His quote was also very reasonable compared to some others I received. Juan and his crew were on time to do the roof job and worked hard throughout the day to install my new roof. It was a very hot day but they took it in stride. I was amazed at how fast and efficient they worked and finished the job in one day. He also made sure my yard was thoroughly cleaned up and did a walk through to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend Juan and his team to anyone who’s looking for a job well done.
