The onsite manager, Kevin, was thorough, efficient, communicative and exceedingly understanding when we requested changes, either large or small. he was committed to our home, and to our family in all of his decisions. The two of them are amazing, high character young men who were so enjoyable to work with. There were no surprises, no missed communications, and no disagreements.

Professional & Organized - The plan was impacted by rainstorms, and heat for about an hour after three huge storms hammered us. The covered the work, covered the materials, and kept us posted every single time. Amazing to have folks work on this kind of project without 1 significant oops. Our house was stripped to the studs, with new insulation, sheathing, house wrap, and siding. Every time they found any rot in our 70 year old house they knocked on the door or sent pictures. We talked through potential remedies, agreed on next steps, and they took care of it.... could have sheathed right over it, but cared enough to ensure that we felt confident about the project, the company, their work, and the products they used.

Scribing around old porch trim was excellent, their attention to detail was impeccable. As a fairly decent diy guy, I checked everything. After the walk through, and during the closeout process, we were feeling like we found great friends, that happened to be great guys tied to a great company. I enjoyed having them at our home and felt a little sad when they left. What a great group of men.

The first point of contact/sales person, was warm, sincere, and self assured about what Sunshine can do. That was the start of a great relationship.

Areas For Improvement - The installers made a call on the orientation of a feature wall. I was unavailable but we agreed that deferring to standard practices would be the priority. They were right, and the orientation of the wood was spot on. Is this an area for improvement, not really, i was comfortable with their decision making if I wasn't around. Another customer might not be so understanding, but this crew knows the product, and the best way to present it. That knowledge will always carry the day.
