Yes, my first experience was a reroof tear-off of old roofing in 2015, I was extremely pleased with the outcome. My roof was damaged by 2024 hail, Sunwest was the call I made after calling to report damage to the insuring company, the owner was on my roof before the insurance adjustor - he assessed the damages and responded with a quote the following day. He also created a photo-detailed report for the insurance provider. I refer Sunwest for service to those seeking - quality workmanship, they stand beside their work! I also appreciate that this company is not in the insurance company's pocket. It is independently run like an old-school roofing company - not those who feed off the claims never to be seen again.

Love my new roof. I am picky and it looks perfect! I got the Owens Corning Duration for a way better price with Sunwest than the 4 quotes from other roofers offering the Iko Cambridge, which is a less expensive shingle. Alex was always quick to answer my questions and his guys did an amazing job as promised. Work was done in 1 day and clean up was so good, it’s like they were never there. Because of Sunwest’s competitive pricing, better product with unbeatable warranty and great customer service, I would not hesitate to recommend Sunwest to my neighbours, friends and family.

unsure as I notified them to let them know about the broken lights, sunflower seed shells and nails in my yard and there was no offer to right their wrong - they broke a branch o n my tree and pulled the wires of my tree lights right out of the plug! I get it - things happen but you need to cover your 'oops' - he was there when it happened so he knows exactly what happened... I would expect at the very least an offer to replace the lights or cost of them!

I am really happy with this company. From day one when the salesperson came to talk to me to when they performed their work. They were very professional. What he didn't know - he told me he would ask the manager and he came back and answered all my questions. The owner was polite and very knowledgeable. I recommended them to all my friends and will keep going to anyone else who needs work done.

Top notch installer. I'd recommend to anyone looking for new shingle to use Sunwest Roofing Corp. I'm sure there are better companies out there, but for what I paid, I'm very satisfied with the overall project.
