My SCI sales rep's name was Alex. He was exceptional throughout the entire process of my roof replacement. All matters were handled exactly as he had represented them. I could not have asked, or even anticipated, a smoother transition from a roof with issues to a beautiful roof with many of the necessary upgrades that come standard with Owen's Corning products. Alex always provided quick answers to any questions I had, both before and after the replacement. If he had to seek for answers, he sought them out for me in the timeliest of manners. By the end of the process, I felt like Alex was one of the family! The OC materials that were used were the highest quality, just as Alex had promised, and the OC warranty I received surpassed my expectations by leaps and bounds. The crew that SCI sent out to work on my roof, including the supervisor on site (Kyle), worked like machines! No joke! I'm still in awe of what this team of people did in the amount of time they completed it. Phenomenal! Lastly, I ended up going by the office to p/up a receipt and found the office staff to be just as helpful and customer-oriented. This was the only time I had to deal personally with the home office as Alex did a perfect job of being the face and voice of the company and the best link between myself and SCI. He was an awesome "middle" man and his position in this whole process was invaluable! I hope I won't need another roof for many years to come but I know who I will be calling if/when that ever occurs. Since SCI's name includes "construction" in the title, I will definitely call them in the future for my non-roof issues, as well, given the level of care and work I received on my roof project. They took over a hundred pictures to show me the roof damage, and then they worked with my insurance company to get the replacement roof approved very patiently. When they said they would be here at first light they were here, they sent someone to check with me during the operation, and they communicated throughout the whole process. Afterward, they came and did a walkthrough with me. Anything I saw that needed to be repaired they repaired it right on the spot. There were no excuses or arguing. They took care of everything, and they are very reputable.
