I have and continue to recommend Superior Pools to anyone who asks...and many do as we live on a busy corner ...for our neighborhood and many watched our pool being built -- on time! They told us from dig to swim -- 70 days --- it was less. All the workers (well maybe not the FabriTech ...screen enclosure builders) .. but all the rest were hard working and very professional. Michael started us out and did a very good job helping us get to the pool we wanted. We re very happy with the finished product.

Additional Comments - The only disappointing thing that occurred during the entire installation process was unrelated to the actual workmanship or my satisfaction with the finished product. One of the workers had found a megalodon shark tooth in my yard during the pool excavation. I happen to own a different megalodon shark tooth and I really wanted to trade the one I owned for the tooth that actually came from my property, strictly for the future conversational value it would hold for future guests to my house. The worker was unwilling to trade teeth even though they were somewhat comparable in size and quality. I also offered to purchase the tooth from him for a few hundred dollars and was again denied. I don't know the legalities, and I would never demand ownership, but I felt it was only fair to offer him something in return as I am aware they have some value. Other than that I was very satisfied.

They caused some damage to an well line near the home, Superior Pool fixed it with out a problem. We moved about fifteen miles and unfortunately do not have a Superior Pool and you can see the difference in build quality and extras that come with a Superior Pool are lacking. I wanted to change from Chlorine to a Salt pool and called Superior pool. I had a better pump put on and a railing for the pool put on and my first call was Superior Pool. They also maintain my pool weekly.

I have lived in Florida for almost 28 years. I have had 3 pools built by three pool companies, Superior is BY FAR superior than any other pool companies. Every person that stepped foot on my property was extremely professional and hard working. I was filling the pool with water by the 28th day of construction. Any question I have is always responded to and resolved within 12-24 hours. They are a bit more expensive than the other quotes I had, but everything is high end products including the real rock waterfall that was hand laid to our specifications by their expert craftsman, Terrell.
