The owner met with me personally and did additonal things for me. They went above and beyond by cleaning up a piece of siding for me as a bonus for example which was not part of the job. They really worked with me on the timing of the job so I could get the awning done. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. They were helpful with the schedule and working with my schedule.
