When circumstances changed about a week prior to closing, they scrambled to accommodate an early closing & arranging for the sellers to ahead of closing which allowed the buyers to have the entire weekend to move in. Everyone was so friendly and so helpful! Amazing customer service. Our closing was quite delayed due to buyer funds taking longer than usual, but not once did we feel like we were being rushed. There were literally six of us taking up space for hours and no one seemed to mind. Instead they kept checking in on our progress and asking if we needed any beverages etc. Exceptional staff too! When the listing agent ghosted me (buyer's agent) and had no consideration of signing deadlines; Attorney Jessica Tripp and her team at Sugarloaf office jumped in and assisted to personally contact the sellers and got the necessary signatures needed to get us to the closing table. I am thankful, and grateful, that the buyer's offer was accepted with Campbell & Brannon listed as the Acting Attorney.
