They had great communication when there were weather delays

They were accommodating and did a great job.

They did my roof, and then I noticed that above my garage where I have two bedrooms and over that is a small roof, that there were all these marks on the shingles. So I called them, and it took them a while to come and look at it. They said somebody walked on the roof, and I didn't walk on it. The workers walked on the roof and it was hot. Then I noticed I had a dip in my roof. They are telling me it is a rafter. If I want them to pull up the board to see if it is a rafter, it would cost $150 or $175. In the meantime, they still had to come out and look at that. I don't know if a rafter, but now I have an indentation. If they are putting in the roof, wouldn't they notice that? But there was nothing said. I also had some marks on another part of my house, and there are another things which doesn't apply to the shingles.

Price was right and job was completed on time and site was cleaned up properly.

I truly appreciate the fact they were the only company out of 6 where the owner/estimator, Paulino, was an ex-roofer. He was extremely knowledgeable, and that is putting it mildly. I feel like it is an insult to him to just say that he was extremely knowledgeable.
