System Pavers is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. The Sales Manager, Scott Hartman introduced me to Eric Fahland, the Project Coordinator at our first walkthrough for my new patio. Scott brought his design which we had agreed upon. On site, the three of us physically walked the area and painted where the lines if the project would be.
Eric came to the work site each day, checking in with the leader of the construction crew; and myself.
The construction crew started at 0800 each day. There was no time wasted, they were always busy at their assigned work. They did not take any breaks except for a one hour lunch, and finished at 1700.
I told this crew, they were truly artisans; leaving their mark on each job they performed. Their work was incredible, always measured and leveled.

They did an excellent job and finished quickly. Adrian, my Project Manager, came each day to insure the work progressed and was completed as designed.

The process was not smooth but, in the end, the driveway extension meets our expectations thus far.

Continue to coach customer facing individuals on how to communicate with your potential customers; including what are the appropriate items to discuss vs internally within your own organization and how to communicate to a potential customer to keep them excited and engaged. Because, once you lose that excitement of working with you a major cost investment, then it is difficult to regain that trust.

The work was well done….Griffin, the final project manager was great. We signed a contract the end of October 2024…the project was completed the beginning of February. First project manager was no longer with the company in December. Griffin took over and moved quickly to get the project moving. The problem in the end was the “Payment Portal”. I don’t believe it was ever correct. First it had wrong amount of initial deposit…then wrong project total…and therefore wrong final amount due. In the end was STILL not correct, but I paid more than what the Payment Portal said I owed based on what Griffin said I owed…who in their right mind pays more than a bill says you owe!! It was not a fun process. Happy with the work…not happy at all with Payment Portal. Hope you can get it fixed. I’m told that it had to do with the order of documents??? Whatever the problem was…I hope no one else has to go thru it.

Happy with sales person and work crew. Project Manager was switched early into the project and I was not told. There was confusion after the work crew completed the work as to what happens next including how to work the feature lights. Additionally the payment terms were not aligned with the signed paperwork and I had to provide all the documentation to confirm the amount financed and amount that would be customer paid.

The work I had done was done very quick and very well. The warranty is amazing. I would definitely recommend System Pavers to friends.

Very bad experience with incompetent sales person that vanished all my satisfaction I had with actual team who completed the job. They are amazing team and did all what can be done up to very high standards but that sales person and his manager missed up all statisfaction.

From beginning to end, we had a great experience with System Pavers.  

Our Sales/Design Rep (Lidiana) was fantastic.  She had many great suggestions to our original plan which we gratefully agreed to.  And her computer generated design images look amazingly like the finished project. She was professional, knowledgeable and left us very confident with the decisions we were making.

Our Project Manager (Jeremy) was also fantastic.  He was experienced, paid excellent attention to the details, communicated frequently and clearly, and had great rapport with the work crews. The guys they assigned to the project were prompt, hard working, enjoyed working with each other and completed their work safely.  It was fun to watch them.
