Review of System Pavers

We recently had a project completed by System Pavers, and overall, the construction quality and the pavers themselves turned out great. The final result looks excellent, and the area was cleaned up well at the end of the project.

However, there were some concerns during the process. A major issue was the amount of dust generated when cutting the pavers, which was not properly addressed. This created a lot of dust settling on nearby foliage, and it became a concern for my neighbors. My mother even experienced coughing when she stepped outside, which raised health concerns. Additionally, I noticed that the workers did not wear protective gear while cutting the pavers, which seemed like a serious safety oversight.

Another minor issue was that construction materials and tools were often left behind at the end of the workday, though to their credit, everything was cleaned up once the project was completed.

In summary, while the craftsmanship and materials were solid, I wish there had been better dust management and more attention to worker safety. A little more care in these areas would have made the experience much better.

I would say to have a firm idea of what you want to have done for your project before getting estimates and then get at least 3 estimates. System Pavers availability and workmanship was good and they have a guarantee on materials as well.

The whole thing was seamless, no frustrations.

The walkway is just beautiful. I have had a lot of compliments. I can use it with my walker and get around safely.

This project changed the way our home looks and feels. The pathway we now have has a much cleaner flow and adds to our curb appeal. Craftsmanship was high quality and the project manager, Cesar, was on top of everything and responsive to all my questions and concerns.

I found them to be extremely professional, talented, and efficient. They got it done within the timeframe that they said. I would have them come again.

I would just recommend that they check the finished product before signing any paperwork saying that it is completed.

Although it’s not the least expensive system, after it was complete it changed the entire look of our space and feel it was well worth the cost.

Massive improvement in property curb appeal and usability of the redone side yard area. Salesperson was personable, knowledgeable and spent all the time necessary to make sure the plan would result in what I needed and wanted. Project Manager communicated well and was responsive to all questions and requests. Work was completed as quickly as was possible given the holidays and the bad weather that caused delays. Other businesses I spoke with had a several-months-long lead time before they could even get started on my project, but SP was able to start within just 2-3 weeks once the plan was decided.

From beginning to end one of the BEST project experiences I’ve ever had. The lead on this project (BRENT) is AMAZING! He communicated the whole step of the way. The install crew was amazing..and I’m so happy!
