Very bad experience with incompetent sales person that vanished all my satisfaction I had with actual team who completed the job. They are amazing team and did all what can be done up to very high standards but that sales person and his manager missed up all statisfaction.

Our Sales/Design Rep (Lidiana) was fantastic.  She had many great suggestions to our original plan which we gratefully agreed to.  And her computer generated design images look amazingly like the finished project. She was professional, knowledgeable and left us very confident with the decisions we were making.

Our Project Manager (Jeremy) was also fantastic.  He was experienced, paid excellent attention to the details, communicated frequently and clearly, and had great rapport with the work crews. The guys they assigned to the project were prompt, hard working, enjoyed working with each other and completed their work safely.  It was fun to watch them.

We couldn't be happier with the way the project turned out and are so glad we chose System Pavers to tackle this big project for us.

Less pressure to sign up immediately due to promotion ending....when it actually doesn't end on the specific date! While communication with all employees was very good, there were some issues in the guys coming on certain dates and times given due to what I was told were the number of projects they were trying to complete around the same time. I will be back in touch soon to have a couple issues with paver separation addressed, but over all I love the finished project!

Professional, friendly kept to their estimate and timetable. Evan Goldberg was the initial contact and he walked me threw the entire process. Everything he said was true-took only one week to completely pave my driveway and rebuilt my planters. Crew and site manager, Bobby and crew were on time and answers any questions I had. Left everything clean after the job was completed.

I was told a few things were going to happen and I feel the communication from company to customer isn’t good enough for the price. We spoke about an arrangement of payments and they threatened to put a lien on my home even though the arrangement should have already been completed through the finance manager. The project itself was completed in an orderly fashion all the supplies were not ordered in the correct quantity to the project so there was a small delay for that but the crew did a great job with what they had when they had it. Final stage of this process I was told they were going to do some small cosmetic fixes and they were disappointed in some corner finishes and I had a critique on one part of the turf and after reaching out on these things twice I had still had no resolution. I would not recommend for the price to peace of mind ratio.

It was amazing to work with the entire crew of System Pavers. We are extremely happy with the job they did and the outcome. We've had neighbors comment how beautiful our front yard is and drivers passing by stop and ask who did our yard. They were personable, efficient, and helpful in all areas of the process.

Still waiting for the issue to be resolved. The wrong pavers were installed they keep saying they’ll bring new ones for us to look over but then they don’t do it.

Finished project was good, but the process throughout was very stressful. I am still waiting on responses to missing paperwork. It would be hard to recommend when I am still unsatisfied with the customer service and how long it takes to get things taken care of and/or to hear back.

System Paver employees actively cut corners and steal materials. This was a complete nightmare and, months later, I continue to try to fix the mess they made of my yard and sprinklers.

The 4 people, Lucas, Chris, Josh, Jason, each a project manager, Chris was promoted made lots of different promises but didn't follow through, even when I asked them about it. Lots of platitudes.

It was not without challenges, but I would recommend System Pavers for the quality.

We love our patio and driveway; the project improved the look of our house. The people I worked with were wonderful and helpful. Zach and Emilee were very helpful throughout the whole project.

Installation crew did an exceptional job. Site preparation made sure the pavers were stable, level and would stay that way. Our project manager, Oscar Maciel, was here every day and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He came back to add "grout" to make sure it was uniform and to our satisfaction. Could not be happier with the results.

They did finally come through to negotiate some things, and to work with me on some things. The customer service was very poor. The workmanship was amazing.

Review of System Pavers

We recently had a project completed by System Pavers, and overall, the construction quality and the pavers themselves turned out great. The final result looks excellent, and the area was cleaned up well at the end of the project.

However, there were some concerns during the process. A major issue was the amount of dust generated when cutting the pavers, which was not properly addressed. This created a lot of dust settling on nearby foliage, and it became a concern for my neighbors. My mother even experienced coughing when she stepped outside, which raised health concerns. Additionally, I noticed that the workers did not wear protective gear while cutting the pavers, which seemed like a serious safety oversight.

Another minor issue was that construction materials and tools were often left behind at the end of the workday, though to their credit, everything was cleaned up once the project was completed.

In summary, while the craftsmanship and materials were solid, I wish there had been better dust management and more attention to worker safety. A little more care in these areas would have made the experience much better.

I would say to have a firm idea of what you want to have done for your project before getting estimates and then get at least 3 estimates. System Pavers availability and workmanship was good and they have a guarantee on materials as well.

The walkway is just beautiful. I have had a lot of compliments. I can use it with my walker and get around safely.
