The backyard deck project was a disaster from the get-go. The engineering took 3 months for a permit that probably wasn’t needed. The material orders/deliveries were mismanaged at all levels. The wrong material was ordered/the wrong material was delivered/the process was extremely lengthy. The whole supply chain mismanagement probably added one month to what should have been a one month project. Finally, the quality of the construction crews was subpar. The final product was safe, but with many flaws.

I am very likely to recommend System Pavers to friends.

This is our second engagement with System Pavers. We used them previously at another home and have used them at our new home to remodel our front and backyard. The front yard consisted of driveway pavers, and the sides of the home with curbs and premium turf. The result turned out beautifully and added curb appeal; also reducing maintenance costs for upkeep. The backyard is as a full remodel with large format pavers and premium turf which also turned out stunning! We have been able to relax in the yard as a family and enjoy it for years to come. Thanks to Darin for managing the projects closely with us and also Dan for helping design something we love.

From beginning to end, System Pavers showed they are a very professional and classy organization. It was immediately obvious that they knew how to establish that “partnership” with us by listening to what we desired to achieve with this project, then by translating that into a dynamic plan of action. This pretty thorough renewal of our entire backyard was an arduous project. It took a month. Our front-end point of contact, Pamela, was amazing, and developed a design and generous proposal that gave us confidence we were going to be in good hands…..and Pamela stayed in touch with us throughout the entire project. Dan was a very competent, well-engaged Project Manager, and had a great way of keeping us informed, keeping the contracted team on track and adaptable to those inevitable hurdles that surface during complex, challenging projects. Dan and William’s contracted team, were highly skilled in all aspects of this work, and their years of experience really showed. William’s team was one of the nicest, hardest working, most focused group of workers we’ve ever experienced in our 50+ years of home ownership. They proved they were solutions-oriented, and, with Dan’s guidance, always came up with approaches during the project that pleased us, the customer. It’s been a couple of months since System Pavers completed the month-long job. You know, during a project of that duration, you get to know the working team…..they almost become part of your family. They were good people, for sure. Every day, we look out the back of our house with a big smile. The System Pavers’ team did a great job, that will give us much pleasure for many years to come. The project was well done. The first people i dealt with were not trying their best, but the crew did whatever they could to fix the issues of the people who made the contract.
Thanks to Octavio and Patrick, I got a very nice front side yard.

I am hesitant to recommend System Pavers, they have the potential to do well, and could do much better with their customer experience. The project managers are spread too thin and take on more than they can chew. The salesman will sweet talk you and disappear, then show up after the job. Our work was with outsourced contractors who did not speak English. The project manager was very hard to get ahold of, and poor communication between all parties made the job difficult. I am in the project management business and needed to spearhead things to have the job done correctly. I recommended a neighbor who was unprofessionally insulted by their contractor and had a poor experience. Anthony the salesman gave some good service, however he's not very communicative.

They were very professional, and thorough. I was very comfortable from the beginning talking with the salesperson. They were totally honest, efficient, and professional!

Beth and Octavio led an impressive project and timeline. Our yard looks gorgeous.

I am building a new house and had been dreading the final landscaping and patio paver decisions. I continued to put it off as something that could be addressed at the end of construction. Once I met Beth with system pavers, I knew I was in good hands. Immediately something that I thought was going to take a lot of time and energy from me was wonderfully handled by the system pavers team. Adrian was a great communicator during construction and sent me daily videos of the progress. I’m very happy with the results and their ability to make the project go incredibly smoothly on time and on budget.

I have already boasted about the great job SP did with my project...and will continue to. The communication with the company and with Roger and Josh was excellent. They were both very responsive to my questions.

The sales person was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, once it came to the actual install, there was a huge disconnect between what the project manager was telling us what would happen and what actually happened. We had to follow up numerous times with the project manager for both minor and major details. Some of which got fixed, some did not. We are at the point of giving up. We have to fight for every little item to get done. We just want our backyard back. We are stopping the additional project we wanted done.

I feel like System Pavers went above and beyond to make sure our project was a success despite some challenges with the city and permits. They remained vigilant along the process and supported us every step. I would not hesitate to use System Pavers again. Adrian, our project manager, was amazing.

The job was completed very quickly and the patio pavers are neat and level. The job site was left pretty messy including some damage to the property that wasn’t ever followed up on. There wasn’t great communication with the manager who I had to call to find out if the job was finished and it took almost an extra week to pick up the port-a-potty. I would probably shop around before committing to System Pavers for my next job.

We've used SP twice now and we're very happy with the products and the crew we had.

I had a little difficulty with the installers with water and sand dust in my garage but once I talked to Jeremy he had things corrected and with the chipping of the sidewalk also. If the workers had listened to me in the first place much of this could have been eliminated all together. I think they did not like me, a woman, telling them what to do or not do.

They started on time and were finished on time. EVeryone working on the project was very professional and courteous.

My being likely to recommend them rates a four and not a five because they need to offer design renderings. They need to have graphic artists create design renderings to show what the yard would look like.

Overall experience was nearly flawless.

I have mixed feelings about this because of some of the communication issues during and after the project, but the follow up that we received from Josh went a long way towards feeling good about our experience.

I had to stop work multiple times as the crew was trying to take shortcuts. The project is still incomplete

It was a perfect experience and I would recommend System Pavers and the team on my project any time.
