This job was kind of screwed up. They started it 4 days ahead of schedule without notice. It's a rental property and the tenants all had to relocate their vehicles. I had it planned for them to park on a neighboring property later that week. The roof job went great but then someone dropped the ball and didn't order the inspection until I asked for the final permit over a month later.

I have recommendations this company numerous times for the quality service, price and product.

The roof is perfect! The job was clean, fast, and efficient. Every bit of the old materials and scraps from the new shingle installation were removed. They were so efficient at it that, a few days later when it occurred to me that it might be a good idea to save a piece of the new shingles so that the painters could use it to make a matching shutter color when we have the house painted, I couldn't find a single scrap.

We've lived in our home for 27 years & in that time, we used T Scott three times - two roofs & one repair. They are honest & professional, their work is long-lasting & solid. In 27 years, we've been through several hurricanes. We've lost power, we've had wind damage & lost 5 or 6 shingles but, our roof remained intact. T Scott roofs are made for Floridia & its unpredictable weather. T Scott arrived on the promised construction date & two days later, we had a new roof. The crew found rotten wood that needed to be removed but the foreman kept us informed. T Scott gave us two estimates on repairing the rot. We chose the best option for us; there were no hidden expenses - it's all aboveboard.

My correct name is Walter G. and this is the second time I have contracted with T. Scott to install a new roof on my residence.

I'm quite satisfied so far. However, I've yet to hear anything about the permit inspection. I think the county's permit department has become rather non-sensical.
