This exterior project went smoothly and transformed the look of the house. Attention to detail and communication is key, in my book, to a successful project and I am very pleased with the new siding and paint, new front door and the addition of an awning over the new deck. Having the confidence to leave during construction was huge and being able to see daily progress photos relieved any stress over how things were (or were not) progressing. Preconstruction meetings provided the platform for thorough discussion and decisions prior to the work starting and only a couple key questions came up while I was out of town, which were quickly resolved with phone conversations. This was a great experience for me in terms of the construction process and I would recommend the TBH Sterling team to others - no question.

TBH Sterling did quality work on my basement remodel project. They walked me through the design process and material selection. I particularly appreciate the project management and subcontractor wrangling. TBH Sterling handled the logistics, dependencies, and schedule for all the subcontractors -- which is exactly why I wanted to hire a general contractor. At every step, TBH Sterling treated me and my job site well. Communication on issues and scheduling was clear and timely.
