The young man was knowledgeable about the equipment and went right to the issue - my own ignorance cost me $250, which I feel is highly expensive for resolving the issue. There should be a fee level for issues that take less than an 15 minutes, IMHO. That said, I was given an education and more knowledge about Generac and Kohler.

I had a great experience with Teague Electric. I had a straight forward task and a puzzling one. The first task was addressed easily. The electrician persisted in locating the problem with the second task and it was resolved very well.

Teague always gets it right the first time

All the staff we have met at Teague have been very professional and helpful. We have been able to get on their schedule in a timely manner.

The recommendation for someone else to put in a generator if they are home I probably would suggest that they look at other companies because they might get the same project manager that I got who was not a very satisfactory person

The team that performed our upgrade to 200 amp service was absolutely phenomenal! They communicated well during the whole process and showed a great level of expertise. Work was performed quickly, and great care was taken to clean up any work related debris.
