The entire Terry Homes staff provided exceptional customer service from choosing a lot to closing. They delivered on what they promised in a timely manner. I was actually able to move in prior to the original deadline. Everyone was cordial and communicated in a consistent and effective manner.

Location was the main selling point on buying a Terry Home. Would not consider a Terry Home at a different location.

The floors are of low quality. Within six months, they are already separating and chipping, and there's nothing I can do about it. I have splits where the seams aren't matching up anymore, and I already have a chip in it. I have another one that's going to chip, that's in a closet that has only been used about four times. I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of the materials. There are just some quality effects that I'm not sure about, and indecision on some parts

Coconstruct online communication process worked great to keep us informed, and enabled us to review our plans and choices whenever we wanted. Costs, including higher end finishes, were spelled out ahead of time so there were no surprises. We are very happy with final product.

We have had some warranty issues, and she is always following up to make sure people come out to do the work, and that it's completed and done to a quality standard. They sent people out twice to fix a dishwasher and they finally replaced it, so now we have a new dishwasher. She is doing awesome. Myrna worked with us and let us move in early on a rental agreement for the week. She is very easy to work with and accommodating.
