Terry and Jeff were total professionals, from their straightforward bidding process, to a transparent production timeline, to the final walk-throughs and punch lists. He took his work home with him, which allow him to anticipate potential issues, which helped to avoid any slowdowns and problems. The architects were stunned by the quality of the workmanship. Working with Terry Hoff on our home was an experience that was trouble free for me through out the process. This was a long distance build and Terry was always accessible for questions, and on the job site to assure the job was done right the first time. The level of historic detail inside and out required a true craftsman to get the job done and Terry did just that. High quality materials, tradesmen, and oversight is what gave us exactly what we wanted, and Terry made it all happen. Terry and I have become good friends through this process which I am truly thankful for.

The words integrity, trust, and value describe our house-building experience with TWHC. Since we were over 300 miles from the job site, it was critical that we could trust Terry, Jeff and their subcontractors to do the job without us being present. We planned on using an outside inspector to be our eyes and ears, but dispensed with this early in the job based on the good work being done. If I had to do it all over, I would have had Terry involved before we purchased the lot. He is extremely knowledgable and attentive to detail. We had to make a lot a decisions in the building of our house. The best one by far was when we chose Terry as our builder.

He truly is the best contractor I have ever dealt with. Everything was quality and everything was perfect. If anything fell short, he replaced it, and if he didn't like the way it looked, he changed it. He stayed within the budget. When we were choosing contractors there were several we were looking at and he was the highest bid. That may sound unusual but in the end he was actually being truthful about how much things cost and the others were not, and their work was not the same quality either. He is an A+ and it's an A+ company.
