We had issues and they didn't fix them. We had to call them out two or three times and they didn't correct the punch list. It wasn't the salesman because we only saw him once. There was no follow-up, calls took forever, and we didn't know if they were coming back. They were all minor issues, but we had to hold the payment. I don't consider it very professional when they leave the customer hanging.

They were professional in their work, they did it in a timely manner, and did it as they agreed to do. The business we made with them is what they stuck with.

I would have been, based on the work. But I'm not recommending a company who shares my phone number with a third party without my permission. I do NOT appreciate getting emails to do a survey which are followed up by a phone call like a fucking psycho ex boyfriend. I am INCREDIBLY disappointed in this. I would think companies would have learned by now that people don't like to be bothered with unsolicited phone calls. I spent a lot of fucking money, put reviews online, and then you're going to harass me about a fucking survey? Nope.

They did a complete siding job and painting plus refinishing of our deck. We were impressed with the quality of the supervision and the quality of the workers they have on the job. They came back and fixed some small issues that were not correct, which is very important to us.

They were recommended to me by a friend who was pleased with their work. After bad experiences with other jobs I choose them and was happy with my decision.
