The whole process from the beginning with the ease of scheduling a consultation, to the fun part of ordering the new shower with Jenny, the excellent communication afterwards about when the new install would happen (earlier than expected) & finally the fast beautiful installation was amazing! Dave & his assistant did an excellent job with the install, and cleaned up afterwards so I didn't even know a big project had even taken place. I'm so happy with my new shower! Thank you!!

The company provided good customer service. The technicians were on time. The crew cleaned up their own mess. They were courteous and professional.

They brought the incorrect doors and there are delays in getting it corrected. My installation was on December 13th and they didn't order the doors until 5 days later. They said they would order them that day. I am not too happy.

The Bath Authority met, and the installers, Zach and Sheldon, exceeded our expectations in having an old shower removed and a new one installed off a second floor bedroom. The whole process, which took about five hours (!), went smoothly. Most importantly, our new shower, that replaced a 40+ year old grungy one, is wonderful, bright and spacious with convenient amenities, shelves and a seat.

The installer was 100% professional, and the salesman was up forth and very honest.
