While our salesman was very kind, the sales meeting felt very high pressure. We really just wanted a quote like we had received from another local bath company, but ended up just agreeing to the project as I was eager to just have it done. The biggest headaches have been with the installation crew that had several mishaps and very sloppy work. The sloppiness has not been resolved.

The shower was well installed; however the sliding glass door needs recalibrated. It still doesn't close all the way. There is a 2 in. gap

I recommend that you be more transparent about what is included and not make sure everything is included. You might have made more profit on this had you included everything.

Excellent craftsmanship. On time. Done in 4 hours. Before they left. Picked everything up and vacuumed. One would not know they had been there. We have one more restroom to do. It will them then too.

We were very happy with The Bath Authority of Indianapolis. We have a couple of dogs, and the installation crew was very friendly with them.
You can't beat them; they were really nice and very professional guys.

I did refer you to my friend Tamara Simonds. She is getting a new shower from Bath Authority.

I didn't like the way they ended up leaving gaps at the corners of the walls, in the tile, and things like that without covering it and finishing the floor around it. They chipped the tile, and I'm not happy with that. I'm not happy with the financing, what the payments are, everything that was done, and having other companies in their name take money out of the account for a down payment. They told me what it was going to be, and that was fine at zero percent interest. They didn't follow up right. They are paperless, and they haven't sent me any paperwork or anything. I'm at a loss in what to do.

Out standing service. Installer Simeon is a true professional craftsman.

We love the new shower. The design process was good. We had a little trouble with the scheduling piece. They couldn’t get it done in one day, because they were late both days, due to the fact they did not have the parts they needed. They also had to make a run to a local hardware store for parts. The bottom line is the product was great, but installation wasn’t as promised. I would recommend it, but they need to tweak the installation process.

Has to come back to fix 3 things, left mess in my yeard, and ruined the other side of the wall in my music room.
