Nick and Maddoux were very conscientious and efficient.

My house is very old and floors and walls are no longer straight, however my installers really did an excellent job at making my walk in shower level. I love it!!

Shower was installed 8 days ago they sent the wrong door and still no door. For the kind of money we paid this is unacceptable

I do not feel the quality of services or products matches the advertised products that were presented. I think that the Bath Authority uses deceitful marketing and sales tactics to pressure individuals into to agreeing to purchase from them. There is no clear pricing for anything. The pricing is not broken down or explained. Promotions were not honored. Quality of installation and quality of products are poor.

Incorrect product delayed installation, floor not as slip proof as expected

Don't even know where to begin. Waste of my time and money. Was lied to about time frame of completion. Was gonna go with another company that was half the price but went with bath authority because they promised a rush order and that it would be done in 4 weeks which did not happen. Could have went with the other company would have been done faster, cheaper and not been swindled. Constantly lied to about dates. Never given updates. Apparently no rush was put on our product. Calls were never answered or returned from customer service and management had to consistently follow up myself. Mind you we did not have a shower/bath from may 23 to July 8 with 2 kids under 3. Worst decision to gob with company. Felt like they took your money and left you in the dark.

Nick and Hector were great installersAnd did a fantastic job Nick sat us down before they started the insulation and asked if we had any questions and explained exactly what he was going to do they finish the job in a day and a half and our new tab looks beautifulNick also called the day before they were to show up and told us exactly what we needed to do to be prepared for when they came and they were on time and we couldn’t be happier

We were pleased with our overall experience using Bath Authority. The leadtime was reasonable and it was easy to get on their schedule for installation. We were happy that it was only a one day install! The install crew went right to work, were very professional and respectful. The only downside was that they left a gap between our tub and floor that we had to fill on our own.

The product and installation are top quality. The only negative is that the Sales Rep projected that the work would be completed in one day; once the work was started, it was obvious that a one-day completion was impossible. This is no way was the fault of the installation team, who were excellent. The amount of inconvenience experienced to plan for and accommodate the necessary 2nd day would have been avoided if it was simply stated up-front that two full days by the 2-person team would be needed.

Nick and Hector were excellent, very nice people and kept everything clean and the job they did with the structure being out of wack was impressive!

The guys that came out to do the work were polite, they cleaned up, and did a great job.

I was very satisfied with my experience, and they were very professional.

Our shower looks decent overall! I’m happy from what it once was to what it is now! Only complaint is our drain was a brassy color and we ordered black finish for all the hardware. Also, our surround got a pretty deep cut that’s noticeable. Otherwise our crew was professional, courteous and cleaned up their mess! I wish it could have been done in 1 day like we were told, but I understand there was more work than the crew was made aware of. It seemed like communication fell short from the bath authority to the contractors. Hopefully this can be improved in the future and hopefully are few minor complaints are addressed, however the job overall met our expectations!

The Bath Authority of Pittsburgh was terrible. The installation was perfect but dealing with the company was awful. They take your money and don't do what they promise.

I wasn't happy with the final checkout because when he gave me the checkout sheet, he didn't let me look at the back of it. There were also a couple of other things that didn't happen the way the contract read it would.

I would highly recommend. They may not be the cheapest but I am very happy with finished product. This is the first time in a long while that I have not found any fault with work I have had done.
