For the price and what I was sold I would not recommend The Bath Authority.

Great experience, from estimator to office scheduler to installers.

The installers were courteous, efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and they even laid tarps down to walk on. They were very polite coming and going in and out of the house and were attuned to my needs since I am blind. They sat me in the shower chair, and we worked on getting the right height for the grab bars, and everything was done in a very efficient manner. They finished the project in 1 day instead of 2, and we are very satisfied with everything. We have had several guests over that have said the shower is lovely and the open glass makes the room look larger.

Additional Comments - The couple that installed my project were very friendly and even played with our dog. They were lovely people.

Our installers were the cleanest, most professional workers we’ve had in our house. The shower is gorgeous.

Additional Comments - We chose your company over a lower bid because your sales guy provided materials to look at and a thorough explanation of your process. It seemed like a superior product and, now that I have it installed, I know it is a superior product.

They did an excellent job, I am impressed with what they did.

The day of the installation, they called at time and were supposed to show up and canceled twice. I took everything out of my bathroom and got it ready for them. Saturday they finally sent someone out, but they did not send the shower doors out. I had to go out and buy a new rod and curtain. The shower leaks from upstairs into my dining room. They had to order the doors, and now I have to wait for them to come in and for them to find out why my shower is leaking. I have to wait two weeks for the doors. This Monday they will come out to see why the shower leaks in my dining area. They do not have many installers. That was part of the problem. They sent out gentlemen from another state to do the installation.

I was very pleased with the whole process. It was installed without any issues and looks wonderful.

The installers did a timely installation and were professional and polite. When it got late, they asked if they needed to go or stay, and I told them they could stay and complete the job. The individuals worked the whole time and did not even take a break. I can not say enough about them. I have had a lot of professional people in my home, and I think they were the most professional and considerate of my home. I was amazed at what they did. I was glad I hired them.
