I tried to get 3 bids on my deck project. 1 didn't show. Another came and then failed to bid. TBS Travis came very informative offered ideas. Gave quote that same day with plan for construction in September. Then came through on it all. Even adjusted flawlessly to an addition to the project. I admit the quote was "gulp worthy". But it was for the rather large deck and platform steps down to the yard and railings plus front porch steps. The crew was there for 2 1/2 weeks. So they did it right and made me feel the project was well worth the cost. We are considering future projects of new front picture window and sliding patio doors. Thanks The Board Store

Pleased with the entire process from design to demolition to finishing, couldn't be happier.

The entire process was handled very well. I emailed a request for an estimate and within 5 minutes I got a call back from the office. David, the salesman, took me through the options, history of The Board Store, policies, etc. I met with him at the store a week later to go through some details and to finalize the order. I got an estimate of mid-October for installation, which was about 4 months out. I asked why it takes so long and David said the installation crews are booked that far out which, to me, was a good sign. It means they are busy and a popular business. I got a call in early October that the crew would be out to my house the following week, which was maybe a week earlier then I expected. They showed up right on time did a great job, cleaned up well after they were done and were open to discussing any questions I had. Overall, I am very happy with what I got. A quality product, excellent service, and a very good staff.

i would recommend but i would say you are very expensive.

I am THRILLED with my new storm door! The grey-blue colored frame and full glass panels (with screen) really offsets my red door. The sales team knew their stuff, and the installation team worked quickly, cleanly, and well to install my door and the frame surround to a high spec. One minor issue was that I wasn't initially quoted for a new wrap-around on the door frame to ensure a clean look and good fit with the new storm door. However, the installation inspector who came to look at the job to ensure everything was covered prior to the team arriving addressed this and I was made aware of the extra cost, should I opt in (I did!) before installation so I could make that choice. I was happy with this extra layer of checks and accountability. The only other minor thing was the wait, but I understand that when a company does good work they're going to be in demand, so I was okay with that! Overall, I'm very happy with my door and The Board Store.

I’ve had three home improvements done by The Board Store and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to improve their home.

I received a bill, so I went in this morning with a check. I found out there was an additional three hundred dollars that was not on the original bill. They didn't send me a corrected bill. I talked to the billing department, and they messed up. They did not revise it. The billing process needs to be improved.

I am happy with the job of installation done and looks of the new shower. Definite improvement from ease of use and looks.

Board Store always cleans up the job site better than every other contractor I've worked with; you always complete work when you commit to do so, and your work is always top quality. I have never had regrets afterward when I worked with Board Store; the same can't be said for all the other contractors I've worked with!

Excellent door installation

When we bought our house in June of 2023, we knew we wanted a roof extension with a porch/deck added to our front. We tried calling many independent contractors and never heard back from any of them. We had seen the many Board Store commercials, but we weren't seeing any projects that we were envisioning. We decided to go to the Board Store and explain what we wanted. Travis, our salesperson, listened and said that our idea was something that the Board Store was actually looking into doing. We were very excited to hear this! We worked with Travis and his team to develop a plan that we wanted. The crew took that plan and built what we wanted! Our new addition is be the perfect place for us to hang out with friends, family, and just ourselves! Thank you Board Store!!

If you know what you want done, but don’t have a clue where or how to start, this is the place to go. The showroom is overwhelming, but your designer will lead you through the process of creating beautiful rooms within the budget you set.

The Board Store did a fantastic job on my bathroom renovation. From Martha's exceptional design to the crew's efficient and high quality installation, I was happy with everything. Now I have a beautiful spa-like bathroom. I would go through the Board Store again in a heartbeat.

I was disappointed in 2 things. 1) after installation communication. I expected a call from sales person asking how things went, etc. however I did just receive msg from someone on ‘her behalf’. 2) I asked for quote on doors. Sent f/u - no response. Resent and responded that would check on. Still

Very good company. Installers were pleasant and kept me informed. All staff were very nice. . I like a company that does everything in the bathroom and I dont have to deal with anyone else.
I do have 3 spots that need to have them fix so until that’s done to my satisfaction I can’t comment fully.

Although there was a problem with the bathroom remodel, it was remedied and I am completely satisfied with the results. The only issue I had was that the remodel stretched on several extra weeks while the matter was corrected.

If there is a problem, they have no problems taking care of it. When they are done, it is done right.

From the beginning stages of planning with Brandy to the finished project, I was very impressed with The Board Store Home Improvements.

We are thrilled with the finished remodel of our guest bathroom. From Anna, the designer, to Sarah, in operations, to Joe V and his installation team, we have been extremely pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and respect the team has given us. We highly recommend The Board Store.

We had a question about a change order and requested a call to discuss. Apparently, ‘speaking with and listening to a customer’ is not
part of their business practice. They do not have a customer service department, just an owner everything gets bumped to for a decision. After several weeks we never got a call, just a generic letter that accompanied the 2nd notice on final statement.

The Board Store was very professional and well experienced. We always knew their schedule, and they were always here on time. We could not be happier!
