Long story. Heating was working fine, they did an annual maintenance, then left. Left me with no heat overnight. They were unable to return to fix it that day. Main issue is that they took no responsibility for the problem.

What laws regulate builders putting workers at risk, and buyers at risk by not following code, industry guidelines, and manufactures instructions.
