Our experience was definitely you get what you pay for. We knew we didn't want to cut corners or try to project manage on our own or work with multiple vendors, so Cleary was the right choice for us. Any renovation will be a disruptive experience, but they were wonderful to work with and did a great job bringing our vision to life!

One thing that stands out is what good and responsive listeners everyone at Cleary were. Whenever we had a concern or an idea, they responded promptly and respectfully. Clearly also presented some amazing ideas for our home that we had never thought of. For our project, we did not add space, but simply reworked the space that we have. They presented several designs for how to do this, and it was difficult to choose, because they were all great. And most were all ideas that we had not considered. The Cleary Company is quite amazing in the work that they do.

Luis's carpentry skills are superior. Juan's team are diligent workers and did a great job in the cold December weather. Lou Volpe and his team were great. The hot water faucets produce hot water, and the cold water faucets produce cold water. We have friends who experienced the reverse in other homes with other companies! =) The Cleary team is polite and professional. Grateful for a well done project.

I thought they were easy people to get along with. There was some surprises with the demolitions that had to chage the plans. They proposed some reasobable solutions.
