The salesperson, Michael Vaughn, was with me every step of the way. He provided guidance and was readily available to answer questions. I had no contact with staff at the company except for Michael.

I would highly recommend the Deck and Fence Company to anyone seeking to replace their deck. My experience with replacing my 30 year old wood deck with a Timbertech vinyl deck was exceptional. Brad Hopkins is a first-rate salesperson. He was knowledgeable, respectful, answered all my questions and stayed on top of the project, making sure it all ran smoothly. It was also a true joy to work with the 2-person crew led by Manuel. Manuel answered all of my questions and keeping me informed. The quality of the materials and workmanship is excellent. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful deck at an affordable cost! Don't hesitate to hire this company!!

I couldn't be happier with our new porches, particularly the full front porch. Many of my neighbors have commented about how beautiful it is. One said that if she has a front porch done, she wants the company who did mine (The Deck and Fence Co.) to do it. The builders weren't just builders, they were craftsmen. The porches turned out much better than I expected. The front porch makes my old house look new.

Joe Dembeck was an excellent partner throughout the whole process. We had several companies come out to quote us on a new deck and patio. But Joe spent hours with us, talking through the pros and cons (and costs) of different designs until we came up with a plan that we couldn't be happier with. The Deck and Fence Company did a fabulous job constructing my new deck and screen porch. The consultant was able to bring our vision into fruition. The sample selection is extensive, and the materials are top-notch. The workmanship is excellent. Our questions were answered promptly, and when there was a small hiccup in communication, our consultant straightened out the issue immediately. I would use this company all over again!

I am very satisfied with the work performed by the Deck and Fence company. They provided the lowest quote of the three I had gotten and they were the only ones that included a permit with their quote and they included installing a new support beem in the back against my house rather than tying directly into the existing ledger. My original deck was about 30 years old and I was afraid the existing ledger was not stable enough to support the new decking. My new deck is looks great and I feel the quality of the materials and workmanship will ensure the deck will hold up for a long time. During final inspection I only had a couple very minor items to be addressed. They were very quick to respond and correct them. In fact the Technician came out on a Saturday to take care of it. Very Happy.

Chris was our salesman, he is top notch! He was able to take the vision I had in my mind of our deck and patio and put it to design. The staff worked extra hard for us, dealing with permit issues due to our property situation. The entire staff worked to ensure our dream deck and patio space went from dream to reality.
