We have used them on three projects, and they have always been very efficient. Their pricing has always been very good, as far as in comparison to other companies. They never exceed that. There are no hidden cost, they are always up front. They are pleasant to work with, from sales, to the installers, to the finance people.

The sales representative was on time and very courteous. He knew his products and could compare them to other companies. He took the time to measure my windows although they were standard. The installers arrived on time and left the exterior and interior areas clean afterwards. They also removed the old windows from my property. Overall, I am very pleased with my new four 3 pane windows. These windows were effective in reducing noise from the busy street facing my town home. The Home Doctor is a local company so I was happy that I could purchase what I needed from them at a reasonable price.

Very efficient and did an excellent job

I would recommend Home Doctor due to their knowledge and their professional people. This is the second time they have installed a new roof on my home. First they installed a new roof on an addition to my home. Next they installed a roof on the original portion of my home.

The entire neighborhood was impressed with how hard the roof installers worked. There are many positive comments about the roof. Everything was on time and on budget. I gave three stars because of the hard-sell tactics and the contract. The contract is one of the most generous to the seller that I have read.

Everyone in the company from the salesman to the installation team was very friendly. They did not try to oversell us and were really good at their job. They gave me the best price for windows that I have had given to me in 13 years of trying to get my windows done.

For individual projects, they are good. For complicated projects, they are very stove-piped. If you have a big project for them to do, they'll subcontract out to two or three different people who are only concerned about their focused job, and if it requires any coordinating work, it's just not done. If you just have one specific thing done, it's very good, but any coordination is difficult.
