Complete lack of the ability to pay online was a major inconvenience.

Every time I email a service request for a request for our Annual PM service, it takes about 2-3 weeks to get a response. And even though TORC actually replaced the entire roof of both our buildings and we have a signed contracts for annual PM service. I was told that it's up to us, the client, to "remind" TORC of when the annual PM service is due. There have also been a few issues that were found from a TORC inspection on the roof that I was told that I needed to hire "another" roofing company to handle.

Once a date was settled upon, we were very satisfied. They had different team members come for cleanup and later inspection. The roofers did a quality job and were very experienced and efficient. Very pleased. A bit difficult to contact and get return calls in the early stages, but that was resolved and everyone was very helpful.
