They get a beautiful job and I couldn’t even tell they were here because the site was so clean afterwards. All the guys were very polite. Complete lack of the ability to pay online was a major inconvenience.

Every time I email a service request for a request for our Annual PM service, it takes about 2-3 weeks to get a response. And even though TORC actually replaced the entire roof of both our buildings and we have a signed contracts for annual PM service. I was told that it's up to us, the client, to "remind" TORC of when the annual PM service is due. There have also been a few issues that were found from a TORC inspection on the roof that I was told that I needed to hire "another" roofing company to handle.

Everything went smoothly except for delays that contradicted the timeline that I was given. The first gentleman who came out to give a quote stopped a mall leak above my bed. This was totally unexpected as he was not being paid for this.
