Glad we called The Remodeling Authority to inspect our roof. We found there was damage from a recent hail storm and decided to get it replaced. Dru and crew were nothing but helpful and professional. He took care of dealing with our insurance company from start to finish. The roof was removed and finished the same day and looks great. Can't say enough about the service we received. Highly recommended!

The final product is ok, but getting there was not pleasant. They started five weeks after they said they would. Once started, we never knew if or when they would show up for work. Poor planning on ordering needed supplies. Many other issues too numerous to list. Promised we would receive product warranties as soon as our final payment check cleared. Ten days after it cleared, still no warranties after numerous phone calls and text messages.

I am not happy with the work and I don't feel that is is finished. I had to talk to them several times and I just noticed something else today that isn't right.

The Remodeling Authority   Hey Katelyn, Thanks for the review. We uses roughly 10,000 nails when installing your roof. An equal amount was roved during tear off. We require a 3 magnet sweep of the property, but no matter what, there are always some stragglers. We would be happy to come run the magnet again. Also It seems like everything was up to par otherwise. We cant help but ask, was your 1 star review a mistake? You kind comments seem to reflect that type of review

Any honest contractor will provide you with copies of their State Licenses and Insurance so you can verify them. If they don't ask - if they hesitate - RUN!

is it standard to hold a cooling unit up by a belt to prevent it from leaning? this belt slipped and was tighten to again to prevent it from leaking

A belt doesn't sound like the proper material to hold anything related to air conditioning
