I couldn't have asked for a more professional team. They showed up the day after the house fire happened. Kevin showed up first. He was so kind and caring. Within two hours of him being there, I can't tell you how many people I had there. They were setting up the dryers, talking to me, explaining to me everything that was going on, and walking me through the entire process step by step as it went on. It took 9 months, which was long, but well worth it. I made so many friends with The Steam Team. They treated me and took care of me like I was a little sister. I love all of them. I couldn't ask for a better team and better company.
