Thistle DKI was wonderful, and I did not have a problem with them. They were very cooperative. Joe was right there and took me down to pick up stuff that I needed. All the workers and I were on first name bases. They were all nice guys and I could not ask for anything better. They are hardworking and worked their butts off. I have animals, and they would stop and acknowledge the animals. They were just so nice. For it being the situation that it was, everything worked out fine.

It took six to seven months to complete a job that should have only taken a few weeks tops. I understand that there is a virus that makes it hard on people, but I never got a reasonable response as to why it was taking so long. However, Robert Harper was a stand-up guy!

Every step of the way the work had to be redone, not one aspect was done correctly the first time.

I was very happy with them, they were fine and I had no problems. It took a little longer, but life happens.

DKI is a good company and they do good work, however, they let my younger son sign off on the competition of the job. I had a couple of issues to bring to their attention before agreeing, I wanted to them to address. The issues. I should have known better and instructed my son not to sign, instead Wait for me. DKI struck me as if they were in a hurry to get out of my house. Live and learn.

I had a situation where I had no hot water for 4weeks. I tried to have a temporary fix. Had to deal with project coordinator that had no idea how to schedule the work in a timely manner. I had been shoved aside and put off for days at a time while I could not shower or due laundry, ect. The water heater need to be done after the repairs. I cannot recommend this company and have told my insurance company so.

Having never gone through a major repair of my house before. DKI handled it very professionally and explained each step as it went along. which we highly appreciated.

We had major water damage over Thanksgiving throughout our home and enlisted Thistle DKI's services. After interviewing several companies, I was sold on Danny Thistle and his team. Danny has assembled an amazing team that is not only easy to work with but is filled with true craftsmen delivering quality results. Danny was knowledgeable and communicated well answering all questions patiently while estimating the work. Richard was a fantastic project manager throughout with excellent follow up. Miguel and his team did an excellent job with drywall, crown molding, baseboards and paint. Clay was a top notch electrician who also found and resolved issues discovered from the previous owner hidden in the walls. Last but not least was the amazing cabinet work Lance performed. He came recommended as the best in the valley and did not disappoint and was able to match stain and wood throughout the house seamlessly. Our project was large affecting nearly every room in the home and Thistle handled it with skill. Highly recommended.
