I liked the company very much. They responded quickly and the inspector was extremely helpful and friendly. The gentlemen who came out to do the work were extremely hard-working and professional.

They are one of my insurance company’s preferred vendors and it was promised to be faster and more convenient than choosing my own contractor for the repairs. What I ended up getting was a project manager who was overwhelmed juggling multiple projects, communication that was inconsistent and decisions made without my consent and then a “so what, it’s done” attitude when questions and concerns were raised.The ownership promised personal attention to any issues that didn’t meet their commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence. After more than 48hrs of waiting for a response I can only assume that commitment was paper thin and not a real commitment to resolving issues.Liberty Mutual needs to reevaluate their relationship with Thomasville and not push them as a “preferred vendor”.

The Thomasville teams (mold mitigation, moving & storage and restoration) were outstanding with bringing our flooded basement back to life. The different crews went above & beyond to help us. In the beginning I wasn't quite aware or knowledgeable about the process of what was going on. I may have made some different decisions in the end. They worked to make sure everything was okay and that I was happy with their services, so I was happy in the end.

Ever Ramos, Jose Ramos and his crew did an outstanding job restoring our second floor. The guys never stopped working. Keith Gayles and his moving crew got the job done in no time at all -- both times.
Brenton Breslin did a great job of expediting. They really did work like a Dream Team! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Thomasville Restoration.

Thomasville Restauration was prompt in coming to remediate the damage until their work was directly covered by the insurance (mold and containment of the problem). They then proceeded with sending an estimate of the remaining work to be done to repair the damage. However, after making an under the market estimate for the repairs, they never followed up on the additional estimates we requested regarding additional work non covered by the insurance. I was hoping to hire them to do the work at the amount they quoted given that it was the amount the insurance was covering. They never returned my calls as if they don't want to do the work at the amount they have quoted. Was poorly treated by the person on the phone when I asked to speak with the project manager. This meant that I had to search for other contractors to make new estimates and resubmit to my insurance. The difference in quotes was of $4000 which is substantial.

They were very easy to work with and the pricing is fair.

I had to deal with multiple departments within Thomasville; pack out to pack in, to mitigation to arbitration and then reconstruction. Each department was very communicative. They communicated very well. They were detailed in schedule, showed up on time and stuck to the schedule. The time frame from start to finish with all those department was fantastic. At first I had another company that did not do a great job and I pushed my insurance company to find a new company. I am very thankful that my insurance company found Thomasville.

They are 100% the best!

Thomasville was very professional prompt and my house never looked like it was destroy due to rain...Their customers service was amazing!!!!

Simply terrible. We are still going through the process with the Company. They started off good with the cleaning services and the interior painting. The lack of communication on their part was another issue. Their representatives don't follow through with their customers. Plus, the language barrier amongst their employeres. Not to mention, Using third party vendors, when I was told only the electrician would be outsourced. According to their own employees, Thomasville overextended themselves with too many jobs that they can't handle. Therefore, customers like me suffers. I regret choosing this Company to work in restoring my home after a devastating fire.

The material they used was not as good of quality as what we had, we had wood shelves in the closets and wood doors and they used metal shelves and light weight white doors

We have a custom built home that was damaged by a large tree falling on the roof. Thomasville Homes did a superb job from start to finish, from securing the home to the final finishing touches. Our home utilizes unique materials and construction techniques. The Thomasville Team adhered to these requirements with great workmanship to produce a beautiful finished result. Based on our experience I would highly recommend Thomasville Homes.

After having a tree fall on my house, I was dreading the process that came with using insurance to fix things. I will say that my insurance company did a great job by recommending Thomasville. From that start of working with Char and Mike, they were incredibly responsive and professional, and moved the process quickly from estimate to execution. Carlos was the project manager and had everything completed as scheduled and I was amazed with the quality of the work. I have already recommended the team to others!!

I would highly recommend Thomasville Homes for a restoration job. They dealt with my insurance company. My insurance company originally told me to go get quotes with contractors. I started getting quotes and contractors would only do parts of the job. Finally, after several months I got Thomasville Homes and they came in and dealt with the adjuster. They went item by item and everything was handled prefectly. Once I got Thomasville Homes the weight of the problem was lifted. They came in and cleanned up. There was nothing left behind. My house looks like a new house.

The employees that came to my home did a great job repairing my home after a tree fell through my roof. More attention needed to be given to the rest of the home when bringing in supplies and working (watch other walls, floors and woodwork). We continued to live in our home through the construction process and i feel that they could have given more attention to clean up at the end of the day. Communication and scheduling was a problem as well. Thankfully the General Manager was easy to work with regarding any issues.

Their Tile guys for the bathroom did a great job. Their hardwood floor guys did a great job. But The drywall and paint guys were mediocre at best.I had them mud and paint the ceiling two times and it still doesn't look right. I told the project manager I just wanted to be done, I was fed up at that point. The thing that I REALLY did not like the fact that the trucks that Thomasville uses have signage on it saying that they buy distressed houses. It has a very sleazy feel to it that raised a lot of concerns from my neighbors

Thomasville Homes fixed the leak in our ceiling in a timely fashion. They were courteous and arrived when they said they would. We highly recommend them.
