At the end of the day I need to trust the people that work on my house. There are some things that occurred in my interactions with Tidd's that puts that trust into question; this is described in detail in my response to survey question 14 on falling short of expectations. I really want to recommend Tidd's because I think Jeremy is genuine in that he wants to provide the best roofing product out there, but I am not sure I can trust Tidd's roofing enough to recommend them to someone else.

Tidds Roofing was very professional, organized and communicated very well and timely. I actually live on the west coast and had purchased a small home in the Huntersville area which needed roof work. Although I never met the owner, Jeremy, in person, from my first phone call with him he was extremely helpful. His rates were very reasonable and the work was done on time as promised. The work his company performed was top notch and I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing roof or gutter work.

I appreciated Jeremy Tidds’s expertise in determining the problems with our existing roof, and his research to identify the best options for our home’s new roof. He did a wonderful job of explaining the pro/cons of the different options so that we could make a cost-effective decision. Jeremy also worked with the Owens Corning folks to determine the best way to add attic insulation while the roof was being replaced. The Roofing Crew were very courteous and took extra care with all of the shrubs and bedding plants around the house. We had a very positive experience using Tidds Roofing!
