From sale to design to acutal construction, Tilson Homes communicated the process every step of the way.

I felt my Tilson rep cared about the build but the contractor’s quality of work was no better than a DR Horton home with many imperfections. I work in the plumbing industry and had to get the Uponor rep involved with the plumber to correct errors that would have voided the product warranty.

Our experience has been so bad during the build that we could never in good conscience recommend Tilson Boerne to anyone.

The team in Boerne was very helpful in getting the house details ironed out and working the POA approval process. Colton and Mimi were a pleasure to work with.

The quality of the house seems better than any other home. They used OSB plywood for the exterior walls, while others put plastic. Tilson Homes does, and not the other guys.

Everything was just really great quality. Whether it was the process, or the house and how it turned out. Everything is just really good quality. Perfect.

They made the overall process relatively easy.
