Tilson was our second custom home builder and this experience was highly superior to our first custom build. Tilson has done this a long time and wants to do it right so they have worked out all the kinks in the system. They are very organized and transparent so there are no surprises. Cheyenne was amazing from the start! She went above and beyond to figure stuff out for us if it was something she didn't know.

We had a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end of the process. You always hear horror stories from people when they are custom building a home from the ground up. We did not have any problems.

After watching many of the videos with Eric and dealing with the McKinney office,be feel Tilson builds a very beautiful solid house. Even a vendor told me they prefer to work with Tilson. We have already recommended Tilson to several people.

They did an amazing job! They created our forever home. Colton, our construction supervisor, kept everything moving on time. We had one issue during construction. Tilson was on top of it.

There were a few issues with communication that we found out later about. There were some things that we weren't sure about clearly or given completely.

Overall experience was positive although having some challenges during the build process and quality of material for some areas of the home.
