Areas Of Satisfaction - Everything was great! Mariah was easy to work with and made the design phase simple. Dustin was fantastic on the construction. The entire team made a complicated job seem simple. We always knew what to expect and although we had no major problems, I know they would’ve been taken care of quickly.

We were very hopeful for this experience knowing the great experience our Aunt & Uncle had building their home, however we had a lot of bumps in the road. Some of those bumps where hard to get over and caused a lot of extra stress and money on our part. That being said, we love our home and the outcome is wonderful.

The process has been easy with the help of Tilson professionals, Lacey and Hunter. One place where improvements can be made is with the contractors. They seem to be careless, scratching and breaking materials/finishes and they tend not to lock up at the end of the day. I have had one neighbor tell on another neighbor that they were inside the house looking around. Locking up is very important.

Very pleased with the house and the quality of workmanship. The design and product is all that we asked for.
