Additional Comments - Tilson's program was very enticing when I was researching builders in Texas. After visiting the Waxahachie location, and touring the models, the quality and workmanship cemented my decision to sign with the company.

As a professional construction inspector, I expected to find plenty of things needing correction. Instead I was not able to find anything wrong with finishes, construction or equipment! All materials and workmanship were above average. After moving in there was a minor stopped up drain and a bad circuit breaker. There were no surprise extras and the superintendent kept me up to date on everything.
