All workers and representatives of Titan Siding and Roofing were exceptionally polite, communicative, and willing to help. They left the house not only with a beautiful new siding, but also perfectly cleaned all around and on the driveway. The workers were always smiling and very efficient in their work. They were also very punctual, which doesn't happen too often. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and of the services that I received. I highly recommend them.

They are very professional, yet friendly/personable (especially Randy and Shawn). They’re great at communicating, use top quality materials and crews, are prompt and efficient. They did a great job protecting our landscaping and outdoor furniture from damage and cleaned up after each of the two days it took to complete the roof. The end result is a great looking, long-lasting, leakproof roof.
When they were tearing off the old roof, the wind caught a shingle and blew it against a window, badly scratching it. They apologized repeatedly, even though it was out of their control, and told me to have it replaced and send the bill to them. They sent a check promptly (and, again, apologized for the inconvenience).
I almost forgot... I got five bids for the job and theirs was the lowest, so I’m quite confident that they are very price competitive. I got the best quality for the lowest price. Pretty hard to top that!!
AND... Owens Corning lists two sets of contractors on their website - "Preferred" and "Platinum Preferred" - the latter being the higher status. Titan Siding and Roofing is Platinum Preferred and one of only two contractors listed to have all seven "contractor badges" - which indicate proficiency in various aspects of the job.
I have already recommended them to several people and will recommend them to anyone and everyone in need of replacing their roof.

Titan Roofing did a fantastic job with removing my old roof, applying the new one, and finishing everything off with a good clean-up job. My first impression of Titian Roofing was meeting with Randy. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the answers he provided to all my questions. He had samples and necessary documentation that I was looking for. I knew after meeting with Randy that this was a professional company that made me feel confident that I could trust them with my home. The crew that came to remove the old roof and apply the new one were some of the most hard working individuals I have ever met! They did a fantastic job. I really can't say enough good things about the integrity of this company and the quality of the job they did on my roof. If you think you might need a new roof, call them. They're honest and reasonable.

Randy and Tony both came out to do the estimate, They were professional and had no problem with the fact that I had three other companies coming to bid on replacing my roof. I signed the contact on Friday and the following Friday a crew was at my home tearing off the old roof and put the new one on. Job was completed in one day. Shawn (foreman) was in and out during the day and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I could not have asked for a better experience and by they way they were not the cheapest bid. I would recommend them to anyone.

Process went simply and easily. We had done research on the product we wanted along with local contractors. Titan excelled on the front end getting us a detailed and complete quote quickly. After signing the contract an opening occurred and we had a new roof installed about 4 days later. Crew took about 6 hours to replace, everything was cleaned up and you couldn't tell they were here.

We dealt with the owner, Randy Wolf, who was extremely knowledgeable in the product lines. Choosing the roofing shingles was the hardest, but with the samples he brought and his advice, we chose the perfect shingles. Then matching the shutters was tough. I wanted brown, but Randy suggested black, and he was totally right in the choice. Our house looks quite tailored now, thanks to his expertise. What a beautiful update for our home.

From the estimate to the completion my job was handled professionally. My yard plants & decking were protected, and I found no remains of them being here, except for a beautiful new roof. I didn't experience any problems or concerns during my job.

They were awesome. The owner of the company was awesome. He is the one who came and did the sales and came back after it was installed. There were a couple of things left but you would never know they were here. I have recommended them already.

I came upon Titan on Home Advisor. My wife and I had signed a contract with Frisby Roofing in late August of 2018, we were told 6 to 8 weeks. Long story short after 20+ weeks, still no roof, communication with Frisby. I believe we had contact with them no more then 4 time in the 20+ weeks. Received a refund after complaining about the length of time. That is when we looked at two other companies. Titan kept their word on appointment, estimate for the job and time frame. They were in constant contact during the entire process. GREAT JOB!!
