This was a fairly large home improvement job and from what I read about the experience others had with contractors of various types I fully expected that not everything would go exactly as I would have liked. That said I'm pretty happy with the end result and feel I got fair value for my money from a local business. I got several other estimates before selecting Titan and all were much more expensive and PERHAPS may have been marginally better . With those caveats I would recommend this business to others. My experience is that it was good value for the money.

I self describe as an incredibly critical customer, especially so when it comes to construction on my home. To keep this brief, Titan is a rare company with leadership that values their reputation. The quality of their work is both impeccable and meticulous. In the rare case we had something we noticed was missing or incomplete, Titan was out to make sure we were taken care of the next day (even after the sale was finalized and money was in their hands). I work in sales myself and I am comfortable referring Titan to anyone without reservation.

I came across Titan Windows and Sidings based on their google reviews. The reviews just caught my eyes. I invited the sales guy to provide me the quotation for my project for replacing the windows and one side of sidings on my house. The sale person Stile was amazing and he helped me in deciding the right window product and answered all of my queries in timely manner. The quotation price was highly reasonable and Mike (the owner) did communicated the schedule of the project and communicated how each crew will be taking care of various phases of the project. The crew was decent to work with and well organized and able to communicated in English language. The crew worked on the scheduled time for their work and completed the cleanup thoroughly before leaving the property. Mike did personally inspect the work before signing off for completion. This is definitely a plus point for me. If you are taking the service from Titan Sidings and Windows for your specific home needs, I assure you that you are in safe hands.

I’m very pleased with the final outcome! The process was a little choppy at times but Mike stepped in as needed and sorted it out.

We just had Titan replace the siding on our home with the Hardie Board and we are so pleased. From the first time Stiles came to look at our home and give us a price it was a smooth process from there. The framers came to install the siding and they worked from 7am to 7pm! They finished the same day. Then the painters came and painted and were finished in a day. Then Josh came and did a punch list to see if anything else needed attention and we were done! Everyone was very professional and pleasant from the start. Our house looks so amazing after the work is finished! We will definitely use Titan for anything else that we need done to our home. Mike and Titan Siding went above and beyond to help me with my siding and windows projects, I'll absolutely be giving them a call when it's time for my roof to get redone in a few years.

The salesperson I worked with was awesome. He gave me a pocket folder with professionally printed materials and all my quotes. I used that folder throughout the process. My only recommendation would be that the office staff, at the end of the project, mail the folder with the receipt for the final payment I made along with information that tells me that this is the shingle I put on the roof, the material, and paint color chosen, and these are the windows chosen, siding information, and gutters used, along with the color and all the warranty information. I had windows, gutters, siding, and roofing completed, so it was a lot of information. I have all the information, but it would be nice to have it all in one place.

Titan went above and beyond with our project, other contractors could learn a thing or two from these fine folks.

The entire affair had a good feeling about it. Everyone was able to work a little extra here and there. They hooked up my dryer again and worked as a team. I met the owner of the company, and he said they would work as a team, which they really did.

The siding crew was very fast and worked with me to remove extra wires and add insulation to garage walls. They did make a mistake and shot nails through my bathroom plumbing and living room walls. I was having remodeling done at the time and was able to see the error. The remodeling crew was able to fix the plumbing since walls were open. Supervisor and crew made aware of mistake. They offered to pay for the work but no damage occurred.

I have been very inpressed with the job Titan did. The only issue was the time getting the windows, which was completly out of their control, but they kept me in the loop on timelines while we waited. Each team that showed up to do their step was professional, kept everything clean and did a wonderful job. I have already recommended them a few times. Another thing I really liked was that they don't ask for a penny until you are happy with the job. I am a firm beleiver that if a company is ran well, they don't need a large deposit to get your job started. Also, if you have any issues or concerns, you will hear directly from the owner, Mike Connors. A very up front guy. I can't recommend Titan enough.
