Tittle Brothers came out to give us an estimate on our new roof as we were having issues with our inside ceiling. We knew we needed a solution to our problem and not just a "new roof". We had multiple companies come out to give us an estimate but Tittle Brothers found all the issues and proper resolutions so we wouldn't have future problems. The employees worked well together and were very hard working. We were extremely impressed at the hard working from start to finish throughout the day. They were professional and kept in constant communication throughout the process.

The installation of the previous roof was incorrect and needed to corrected. They described that, pointed it out, and described the details of what was going on. That allowed me to understand and make a rational judgement based on their input. I appreciated their knowledge of the entire project.

Stop advertising about spraying material on your roof to get another 10 to 12 years out of your roof. That might be good if you want to scam someone, but to sell your house, or stay in your house, you try to keep it up, and that stuff doesn't work. We were told up front how everything was going to proceed, including what materials would be used. We were very pleased to do business with them. If I ever need them again, I will call them back.

For the amount of money I spent on going with Tittle over other roofers. I expected a higher quality of customer service cleanup and follow through. I went with them, thinking it would be more professional, and it definitely was not. I will not be recommending them to anyone. Not to mention the extra costs out of my pocket after I use their financing, which also leaves a bad memory for me with them.

I found the customer service to be great from start to finish . All my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. The installers did a good job of replacing my existing roof but they caused some small damage to my gutters and gate. They also left personal trash like bottles and snack wrappers in my yard ,which I reported to the company. The representative was apologetic and assured me that he would address it with the crew.
