All of the Tom Adams staff members, including the sales person, the scheduler, and the technical installers, were knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. The sales person presented alternatives and a fair price, without any pressure. The scheduler kept us informed of the reasonable changes in the installation date (due to 7 degree winter weather). The installation was completed in less time than projected. We informed the office the day after installation that there was a problem with one of 18 windows; a craftsman was in our home within hours and arranged for a full replacement window unit. It was installed on the day promised. We are happy to recommend Tom Adams and look forward to future purchases there.

Problem Resolution - The morning after the windows were installed, I was unable to open the casement window in the kitchen. I called the office and a craftsman was in our home within hours. He agreed that there was a problem with that window and said the entire unit would be replaced. The service desk set a date that the replacement would be installed and that date was met. The character of a company is not judged only by if there is a problem, but in how the problem is resolved. This resolution was handled perfectly.

The sales part was fine, but the install was not. All of the carpet was cut against the trim which left long slices everywhere. Also, one piece was cut short of the door way and the solution was to cut a 6 inch patch into a brand new carpet.

I always recommend shopping around.
