They were very prompt. The only problem is that we had shutters ordered and it took 3-4 months to come in, and only half of them arrived. We only found out that very day. We declined to have the install until they all came in. They then pushed it back because of snow. They just got installed 2-3 weeks ago.

Additional Comments - We have used them in the past. We had doors and shutters installed. We had no issues with the door installation. We do understand the shutter delay was due to Covid.

The overall experience was decent. Measurements for my door were off which required some fabrication that concerns me due to adjustability of the door. Storm door doesn’t seem to close properly as it’s catching on the latch. The latch appears to be bowed outward, catching the door. Unable to adjust latch because screws were stripped upon installation.
