Our experience with Top Dog was spectacular.

Replacing an entire roof is serious business with consequences lasting many years into the future. Fortunately for us, we used Dynamite Roofing (aka TopDog Roofing). My wife and I found Mr. Eric Rojas and Mr. Joseph Bowen, the reps, to be professional, cordial, helpful, and fully transparent. They were there to guide us through each step and supervise the entire project. They delivered on all of their advice, including extended labor and materials warranties. The office manager, Mary Fisher, was also extremely helpful in guiding us through the paperwork, including dealing with the insurance company. It has been an excellent experience and we would, without reservation, highly recommend the company and these three professionals, Eric, Joseph, and Mary.

I am very pleased with Top Dog Roofing and would certainly highly recommend them for any of you roofing needs including new gutters that may have hail damage as well. Everything for the job went right on schedule and happened as I was told that it would. I was always kept in the loop on everything. I highly recommend this group of Roofing experts to everyone without any reservations. They are the best of the best!!

I Would not recommend Top Dog Roofing for reasons listed below:
Multiple ripped and torn shingles.
Missing starter shingle on front eve of house.
Torn starter shingle on front eve of house.
Shingles on eve edge of house cut very uneven, looks horrible.
Was told wrong drip edge was delivered to my house but it was installed on half my house anyway.... How does that make sense? Why would you install the WRONG drip edge?
Pizza crust left in yard, nails everywhere, vent boot left in fire pit.
Roofer showed up to my house without my knowledge after I specifically told them to let me know before anyone just shows up at my house. How can you know what my concerns are if I'm not there to show you?
Was told not to worry because I have a 5 year warranty from Top Dog.
This was not what I would expect from an Owens Corning "Platinum Preferred " contractor.
Frankly, I find it sad that I had to get another roofing company to inspect the installation because of my lack of confidence in Top Dog roofing.

I initially called Top Dog Roofing to check my roof due to the insurance claiming there was shingle damage. Vance came out and was honest and very helpful in explaining to me that if I tried to replace the damaged shingles, I would end up needing to replace the whole roof since the shingles were old and friable. I kept his card since he was so helpful at that time and I knew that when I had to replace my roof eventually I would be calling him. About a year later, we had a bad hail storm and I had him come back out to inspect the roof. There was enough damage to the roof at that time to justify a new roof. Vance offered to come meet the adjuster and helped me get coverage for the new roof approved with my homeowner's insurance. Vance and Top Dog Roofing kept me updated during the entire process. My roof looks great and I am very pleased to recommend Vance and Top Dog Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable and quality roofer.

This is the second time Top Dog replaced our roof after a hailstorm

Top Dog is a profane trustworthy company. They do everything in their power to fix any problems or confusion. They did a great job answering my questions and working with my very slow insurance company.Keep in mind that they contract out some of the work like gutters and metal roofing. Those items were also done well, so no complaints

Extremely pleased with my experience at Top Dog Roofing. Hunter was my primary contact throughout the process. He worked closely with my insurance claims adjuster to get my roof approved for replacement. He then consulted with me on the best products and solutions to utilize for the new roof. I chose the Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingle based on the performance and aesthetics the product offered. Hunter also offered attractive financing that I utilized to pay my insurance deductible; the application and approval process literally took 5 minutes. On the day of install I knew exactly what to expect, since Hunter had shown me a video Top Dog created highlighting all steps involved to replace the roof. The install crew was professional, on time, and very clean. They actually had a worker whose only job was to clean up around the jobsite throughout the process! I will refer all my friends and neighbors to Top Dog when they're in need of a new roof!
