The estimator was knowledgeable and even gave us a heads-up regarding our elderly dog's comfort on the installation days. The receptionist was very patient, helpful, and kind. The owner helped us with an off-ridge vent question. The crew was polite and obviously very experienced. There was no inappropriate language or playing around, just efficient well-done roofing. The clean-up was thorough both on the evening between the two work days and after the roof was complete. We are happy with the process and the roof looks good.

This is our home for 21 years. Top Gun put the roof on when we purchased the home. Not one shred of issues over the years & we only re-roofed due to insurance going up & age of the roof. They were awesome yet again. Highly recommend! Their employees are low turnover which indicates they are treated well by their boss & do a spot on job for themselves & their company! They are very good, very professional. They do the work well. They are just fantastic. The city inspector came out and said that the work was done well and that I wouldn't have any problems. I appreciate Top Gun Roofing because it is very hard to find companies that will do professional work and not have problems with it later. I really thank them for that. I have had individuals tell me that they paid $25,000 to have a roof done and the next day it was leaking. I am happy with Top Gun Roofing.

Matt who came on a Saturday per my request to do a free estimate was very honest and laid out all the information a homeowner needs to know. He answered all my questions and was able to provide proof of documents regarding liability and worker's comp insurance for his crew. Teresa (the office manager) is very accommodating to my schedule and very patient with all my needs. The crew did a great job and Joe who did the final cleanup addressed my minor concerns and fix a few remaining things which are minor stuff. I highly recommend Top Gun Roofing and am very satisfied with the work done. Besides, they don't ask for the payment upfront until the work is complete unlike others who wants the check right away. I have learned so much from this experience and there's so many out there who portray themselves as trustworthy to begin with but they are really after your money. Don't make business to those who knock on your door and offer an appealing deal and don't do business if a contractor cannot provide worker's comp insurance for his crew. It's also difficult to run after subcontractors once they have your money and if you need them back to fix the sloppy job they did. Go with Top Gun Roofing. In fact, I am recommending them to a church who needs roof replacement.

I truly am glad that I chose Top Gun Roofing, they did an excellent job. I couldn't have asked for a better crew of individuals to re-roof my home after hurricane Irma. I am thankful that I chose Top Gun Roofing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing needs They replaced my chimney and some rotted wood. They went above an beyond, I had a dozen or more roofers come out to give me estimates. They are the only ones that came out and went above an beyond my needs to address other problems I had. They really took care of everything I needed and then some.

Top Gun (TG) came in at a very competitive price. They are the installers and do not sub-contract. Owner went over everything with me. This was a no pressure communication, not a slick sales pitch. I picked them because a number of people around me had also used them. I gave a "4" for the quality of materials but should not that the first shingles had a defect. This was pointed out by TG during installation and not something I had to discover myself. TG sealed up the roof and we stayed dry during the last hurricane. Owens Corning (OC) was the source for the shingles. It took a few visits but they stood behind their product and replaced the roof with TG again doing the work. TG did 95% of the work with OC in getting the replacement shingles to my house. OC covered complete cost of the replacement and TG again did an excellent job. TG's front office was flawless. Fielded all my questions during the process always pleasant and honest. They also corrected some wood working existing problems a little above the normal expected work for a roof install at no increased charge. I am not often this positive in a review but I was satisfied with TG in every respect. Whether in writing or not, TG was true to their word 100%. A pleasure in todays world. It should be noted that this was during a very busy time with the final roof installed just after the hurricane that hit Florida hard.

Everything went better than what was expected.

I received quotes from 4 roofing companies and I'm sure that 3/4 would have done a quality job. However, I chose Top Gun Roofing because they seemed to be the most technically knowledgeable, organized, and overall professional in their presentation, answering my questions, and getting back to me. They were not the cheapest.

There were great, very professional and very quick. Quick to get back with me on a quote, quick to get the job done, and quick to clean up.
