Enrico and his crew do FANTASTIC work. If I could give 10 stars I would. I reached out to Enrico to get an estimate for a new roof and he texted back in minutes and was at my house within the hour. His quote was very reasonable (and he has super easy options for financing) but what impressed me the most was his kindness and work ethic. He really takes pride in his work and it shows. I had some bad leaks and while he was doing the estimate he took the time to show me where some of them might be and patch them with his own caulk. On the day of the new roof, he was the first one here and the last one to leave. I even noticed that the guys custom made a few channels to divert water away from my house, some in places that barely anyone would ever notice. It's details like this that mean the most to me. Towers Roofing did a complete re-roof on my house and installed 5 skylights. His team exceeded all of my expectations. In a 12 pitch roof they did the magic in 8 hours. From the estimate to completion , it was a fantastic experience. We had very healthy discussions and productive debates for the best outcome. Mr. Enrico was always easy to communicate and responsive in the middle of his rough schedules. And best of all, he answered all of our questions throughout the project thoroughly and in a timely manner. He is aware all the roofing products and its pros & cons which he gained in his 20+ years of roofing experience. He came prior to the roofing day and ensured all the products are delivered and nothing short . Next day he was at my home early morning and left in the evening after ensuring the last piece of nail is removed from the home premises. Skylights are checked and ensured its perfectly placed. I was home throughout the entire job and checked on progress several times a day. Dedicated and hard working. I strongly recommend him for any roofing projects.
