THEY DID A VERY PROFESSONAL JOB

My first impression with Mike Hernandez by him coming out to the house, taking measurements, and answering all my questions and concerns without the "sell" context was what sold me. Contacted two other "roofing" companies one who responded with a picture of my roof and an estimate (rather than getting off their backside) and another never responded. The front office were very nice and supportive and the work crews were friendly and professional. Old school trade perspective that take pride in their work. Completed the project ahead of schedule.

I had TR construction replace my slate tile roof to a completely new shingle roof. I had Rudy & Romeo along with their crew working away. They did great work. Angel the clean up guy did a good job as well. I would like to give kudos to Teresa - All my questions & concerns we’re addressed & communicated to the right people & it gets done. Mike was nice to check on things when an issue arises & I appreciate that! I would use them again & highly recommend this company! As a homeowner that is very much involved with this huge project ,I cannot stress the importance of your involvement making sure the channel of communication is right there so both parties are on the same page.

Mike from TR was knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. He’s was flexible with the initial quote, I was out of town unexpectedly and he was willing/able to conduct the initial site visit via FaceTime. Very impressed and very satisfied.

Everything went as scheduled. They worked with the HVAC crew well. Everybody was professional. I am very happy so far.

Definitely will recommend roofing installation through TR. Mike came and provided detailed information on installation process, timeline of completion, and later provided a clear and concise estimate of replacing our roofing. His team members who worked in our property were on time from Demo day to completing roof installation and property was kept clean. Big thanks to Sal and Luis for working to their best to get most job done especially during the heat wave. Sal communicated extra work needed and explained necessity of doing so. He also had taken extra work requested by us and completed during the time frame. Overall work, service, communication, dedication to their clients is great. Take time and explore roofing companies but definitely include TR in your search.

TR Construction was on time for my initial appointment and showed up daily on time. They removed all of my shingles and installed all new shingles in four days. Very happy with the finished product. Looks great. Good value too.

Great dealing with everyone from TR Construction. From the start they caught needed repairs that others did not and included these in the quote. Their tear off crew not only kept our yard clean, but even asked the neighbors if they could double-check their yard to make sure debris was removed, if needed.They completed the job on time, on budget, and did a quality install job. I had used T R Construction for a roof repair 3 years ago and was very pleased with the company and the work. So when it was time for a new roof, I called them again. Everyone I dealt with at the company was great. The tear off and new roof was done on time, on price and I am very pleased. I had gotten another bid from a company referred by my insurance company, but this bid was lower and I believe better and with a better product. I'm extremely happy.

TR Construction came to the house when they said they would be here. From my call to my estimate was 3 days or something like that. Fast and efficient. The estimator got up on the roof and knew his craft and what was needed. He was honest and gave me good insight. Once we signed the forms the crew was out the next week and the next day.

What stood out for TR initially was the detail and quality of their proposal. We had a difficult renovation in addition to the complete tear-off and re-roof. All of our fascia board was ultimately replaced, as were several rafter tails. The carpentry work was clean and finished, and our dry rot issues were fixed to my satisfaction. On site the job foreman was always available to answer my questions which I tried to keep brief. I accepted all of his suggestions. Finally, this job came in on time and on-budget. I would be pleased to recommend TR Construction to my neighbors for this work.

The experience overall was very positive. We had an issue with the workers covering items in the garage prior to installation but when brought to their attention, the problem was resolved with a single e-mail and the area cleaned up.

They came when I first called them, they said what they were going to do, and they did it. What more can you ask? They found some "hidden damage" and it ended up costing me a bit more than I thought, but I believe it was reasonable, and I'm happy with the outcome.

We had a very good experience working with TR Construction. Mike was personable and knowledgeable, and the office staff communicated with us in a timely manner. The crew was polite and respectful of our property. At the final walk-through, we mentioned we weren't really happy with the color that the existing vents got painted. Mike said someone would be back to repaint. I honestly didn't think it would happen since the job was finished and we'd already paid, but it did. (And the color goes with the roof a lot better.) :-)

They were efficient and did everything as agreed.

We did have one minor problem. It was a very unique situation. Apparently, one of the workers didn't install the skylight properly. We got an unusually strong wind, and we lost the skylight.

I have another project I wanted them to do. They don't seem interested in taking on that project. I am negotiating with someone else now to do the project.
