the leaters are to short water is being funneled in to the basement will have to call them back to fix

Not happy about them you have to pull out section where the leaves actually gotten so you’re still cleaning your gutters and they say no leafs to go in there. it’s an out rages price for so gutters.

Installation was OK BUT Customer service when there are issues is HORRENDOUS.

It's a great company and I appreciate them noticing the issues with the old gutters before things went wrong.

The sales staff did a great job of convincing me the gutters are worth the money. While the quality is very good, they are NOT worth three times the price of any other gutter. They are made with the same type machine just with two extra bends. I really feel like I was ripped off and blame myself, I should have done more research. I would not recommend them unless they could negotiate a much lower price.

works 90% of the time, but underside collects rain and you get a shower. Also, just found one cleanout "pops" out of downspout

I have had a couple people at Tri State LeafGuard with whom I have had a great experience. Sadly, I paid a lot of money for the gutters on my brand new house and they were installed wrong (and yes, I confirmed that the contract had the layout shown with the proper requirements). Now there are holes in my house (and siding etc) where there should not be. I am told they will come and correct it, but am not able to get it done (while I am there) until June due to my schedule limitations and the weather where my home is. There was a change in project manager personnel around the time of my install so when I called soon after the installation occurred when the error was discovered there was a delay in getting someone who would respond to me. My sales person (Justin Mayland) was outstanding in helping me and for being an ear when I was expressing my frustration with the damage that was done.

They are very thorough, use good products and are very good.
