I am well pleased with the service. I do have a question. How often should my device do a test. It seems to test more often after it was serviced. Just wondering.

I can’t get the wi-fi to work as it should. I have called many times and just can’t get anyone interested in solving my problem. My cable co. Did bring an extender out here but it does not help. I have told you many times that I thought the problem was in the receiver(not correct name)but no one agrees . So, I have to go out to the generator and connect it up almost every day.The generator itself does work fine in an outage and I am much satisfied with that. I just want to read about the generator on my phone.

We bought a whole house system and paid a lot of money. We have had 6 storms and the system has worked twice

My contractor handled most of the installation with your folks. So far we have had no problems with the unit when power went off.

Love the unit. Love the fact thattri state takes care of the unit e.g oil change, weekly or monthly test. On another note..... what I am currently paying for the unit I shouldn't have to pay extra for monthly or yearly services. I believe I am paying more than I should thinking I was over charged. But I do have the comfort of knowing when the power is out mine is on. I do wish I could have gotten a better deal.

When a problem with our generator caused it to not run Tri State sent someone out immediately. The tech took control, diagnosing the issue, ordering the needed part and repairing it in just a few days.
It's comforting, to us, that Tri State takes such good care of their clients!

I got my generator one year ago & my power have went out three time. Every time my generator perform as expected. I am pleased with it.

Would recommend to anyone. Great sales person, gave me his personal call num that I used many times before and during installation.

Tri-State representative lied about having a local required building permit. Installation was not installed to code. The electrical panel installation failed inspection and the gas line installation failed inspection plus the gas line leaked gas. during the initial generator installation, I had a referral for one of my neighbors. After being told by the Tri-State installation that I would receive a free year of service for the referral, there was no follow-up confirmation. I called the Longview office twice for follow-up which they did not. As my one-year installation date approached, I received a notice my first annual service would be over $400. Fortunately, I was able to connect with Kamie Sprague who corrected the referral problem.

Workers showed up when promised and worked diligently till the job was finished. Very personable and friendly folks from sales personnel to phone operators to installers.

They installed the generator quickly but had it disconnected for a month and a half trying to get it to pass a leak test. It never passed.

They did their job and the unit works. I had and AC unit installed a few days earlier by a different company. When the city came to inspect the installation I asked "was he here to also inspect the generator." He checked his records and no permits were pulled. I was told that there would be permits and a city inspection.

Quality of equipment and workmen attitude, as well as knowledge, professionalism was excellent!

We had a terrible time getting the gas line installed. Lots of delays. It’s working fine now with 48 hours on it.

I have no complaints about the personnel, but in the year I have had it, when it has had to run after several hours it would cut out. Now have found there was a recall on brushes and now am waiting for parts to come in.

I didn't have a good experience with my generator for a year, multiple call-ins, techs coming out on a frequent bases, claiming that it was fixed, but not. Only rush is when they know inspector is coming to check.

I have highly recommended Tri-State Water, Power & Air-Texas to many, (even so social media) and will continue doing so! This is a company that has the best licensed plumbers and electricians to install their quality generator...and monitor it...with a maintenance plan...that I have 100% confidence in! My Generac Home Generator comes on automatically when the electricity goes off, and automatically goes off when the electricity returns. I do not have to do anything! It is such a relief to have power when in the past we have done without for 8 days straight...losing everything in the freezer and fridge...not to mention the heat here in Texas when the AC is gone! I no longer have to endure power outages! From the salesman to the receptionist to the installers; all were professional and friendly, and I have enjoyed doing business with such a reputable company.

Im on neither side of recommendation. Im still in the process of correcting my installation and finding a break down of cost details. I have been told I've over paid. So a detail breakdown of this project would have been nice, seeing where my money was spent.

I do own a generator but I'm up in age & do not want to worry about my family having any problems once I'm gone. It's truly a piece of mind.

This is our third generator and installation with Tri state. Each the sales reps and installers have been fabulous. Even when we had a bad battery, the service tech that came out was prompt and friendly.

When the power goes out, our Generac kicks on quickly. This is important because my 91-year-old mom needs lights and I need air conditioning!

Very efficient with service and installation

The generator works as it should. Had a few hiccups during installation. My Internet line was cut during the digging and the dirt was not packed down after the gas and electric line were put it so after one rain the dirt was washed away and above the gas line and water line it looks like sink holes. I am still waiting for the Wi-Fi connection part so I can monitor my system. During the installation they said it was on back order. I have not heard when that will be delivered and installed yet.

the salesperson lied and did not sell me what we had talked about

I have not lost power as of yet, so really have not had a chance to test system. But thier installers and we’re very professional.

My only complaint is the difficulty reaching anyone by telephone for any purpose; multiple transfers, long waits on hold. This is a major problem and keeps me from recommending TriState as enthusiastically as I might otherwise.

I think they charged me to much
