Triple Crown was very easy to work with. Chris Helton came out and helped us with everything as we had never dealt with hail damage and getting a new roof. He made the experience very easy and worry free! Roofers did a great job, were quick and cleaned up so well you’d never know they were here. Several of our neighbors used Triple Crown after we had our roof done and I think that speaks volumes for their work!!

This had to be one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend this company.

From beginning to end, the process of getting a new roof was smooth. I've turned down so many roofers who knocked on my door. The main reason... I was going to pay out of pocket, or at least led to believe that was my only option. The day Triple Crown knocked on my door, they were willing to jump on the phone with my home insurance company to get the claim started. I was still skeptical until I got confirmation that they were going to pay for it in full. Even after the roof was installed, I had some shingles coming off, and Triple Crown did not miss a beat. They were super responsive and came out to fix it. Credit to Jim Aebly and Glenn Worthman for this whole process going smoothly from beginning to end!

Jim Aebly was our contractor and he was fantastic. Very persistent in helping us file 3 claims until our insurance company finally covered the roof damage. He came out to meet the inspector every time and made the entire process really easy. As far as the roofing work: the crew that came out was great and completed the work in one day and the new roof looks fantastic.

Was disappointed in the overall job for a million plus house. Might recommend for a low end home, but not one in my neighborhood. I had a contractor come out and look at the job they did. Questioned the use of the black vinyl band along the side of the brick saying they should not have put that product on my house. It looks cheap and has already started to buckle. In addition, two areas in the back of the house don't lie flat against the side. They came out to fix, and could not.

I understand the nails and roof debris would cover the yard. Was not expecting water bottles and soda cans/bottles to be thrown off the roof and left overnight for me to pick up.

It was a good service. Jason was very informative, and let me know everything until they finished. They need to give him a raise.
